The PAD series active vibration isolation optical table integrates 3 or 4 damping modules into one, with each module supported by metal springs/air springs/magnetic levitation springs as the main support.

Three directional vibration isolation, combined with active vertical and horizontal vibration control, achieves high-performance active vibration reduction with 6 degrees of freedom, and can be optionally equipped with precision positioning control function. It can meet the high-performance vibration reduction requirements of various electron microscopes.
